FIND YOUR THERAPIST

We’re rooting for you. ♡

The Hope Preserve is a collective of psychotherapists in Brentwood, TN, just across the Nashville / Davidson County Line. We are especially attuned to the physical and emotional experience of trauma, neurodivergence, and chronic illness, and work to support you right where you are, whether you need deep trauma work, exciting goals work, or very practical support in crisis or burnout.

Our services include individual therapy for adults and teens, group therapy (we love our creative D&D, yoga, and pottery groups!), relaxing neurofeedback, community workshops, executive function support (such as body doubling and accomodations-building), and therapy intensives.

We do use evidence-based therapy techniques such as Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting/EMDR, among others, but care mostly that you have a deeply human experience with us, and we very purposefully customize each therapy session to who you are and what you need.
