Join us for a unique Polyvagal-informed yoga class that blends yoga with the principles of polyvagal theory.

This class is designed to cultivate compassion and support your nervous system’s health and resilience, helping you achieve a sense of balance and calm.

Through mindful movement and breath, we will explore how it feels to shift between nervous system states in calming stillness and the vibrant energy of movement and play. This practice honors your needs and choices every step of the way, creating a supportive environment to connect with your natural rhythms and resilience.
