Yoga Therapy Group / Class Details:
This class is all about playing with movement to help our bodies and emotions experience some much-needed centering. We’ll focus on refreshing restorative poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness.
As always, we’ll focus on helping you blossom in self-compassion and support your nervous system’s health and resilience, helping connect you with your personal balance of refreshingly energized and calm.
