We love using the presence and energy of movement to help be with, process, and express emotion and experiences to help you connect with your empowerment and self-compassion.
Movement and breathing are not safe for all bodies at all times, so we bring highly attuned sensitivity to the process, and offer modifications and informed choices so you have what you need to help honor your unique needs along the way.
