We’d love for you to join our Interest List so we can let you know about the next one!

Also, if you see the calendar below showing September 6th highlighted, that means someone canceled and you’re welcome to go ahead and grab that spot, too! (Otherwise it will say “No slot available this month,” when the workshop is full.)

Pottery / Clay Therapy Group

Our next group begins October 3, 2025!

This group led by Allison Himmelstein focuses on intuitive creation and removes many of the pressures associated with making art commonly found in other creative settings.

Individual time to thoughtfully interact with clay and glaze will be followed by the opportunity of sharing the joys, difficulties, and process with others in a group reflection setting.

Meditation, movement, and journaling also help to add a rich environment to promote comfortable self exploration. Together, the group will get their hands dirty to create treasures born from mindfulness and instinct.

We’ll be gathering here at The Hope Preserve for 6 weeks. Groups are limited to 3-8 members.

After you sign up, Allison will set up a time to chat with you about your needs and goals for the group to make sure all group members' needs and goals align and everyone feels as comfortable as possible.

The cost for the 6-session series is $450, and includes your clay, glaze, and firing. Group cost can be split into 1 payment, 3 payments, or 6 payments. A credit card is required to reserve your spot but will not be charged until the group begins.
