Cozy Gaming Hangouts & Therapy
Our next cozy gaming group is online for adults (18+) in TN. We’ll be meeting in our private Minecraft server.
We love to provide a positive, inclusive, and affirming space to connect. Led by Lily Winebarger, our neurodivergent group facilitator trained in using cozy gaming for group therapy.
Stardew Valley & Animal Crossing groups (and anything you’d suggest) to come.
Dungeons & Dragons Therapy Groups
These table-top RPG groups incorporate mindfulness, creative expression, role-playing, & safely being present with emotions, all while playing D&D! Explore a part of yourself as you navigate the ups and downs of your character’s journey.
Our Therapeutic Game Master Penny Reif will lead you on a campaign focused on fun and your personal goals for growth and support.
Parent Coaching Support Groups
Our next group focuses on helping parents and caregivers of neurodivergent teens feel supported by others who get it, and feel empowered by our family therapy and parenting practitioner.
These groups are compassionate and real, and help you leave more confident in understanding & connection with your teen, and more hopeful in your skills & strategies.
Pottery / Clay Workshops & Therapy
The sensory, tactile experience of clay provides space to express yourself creatively without having to find the words, and can be a focused, safer way to practice mindfulness.
You’ll have plenty of time to work individually, and then we’ll come back together to process the experience as a group.
Yoga Workshops & Therapy Groups
A unique Polyvagal-informed yoga class that helps you cultivate compassion and support your nervous system’s ability to respond to life and feel resilient, helping you achieve a sense of balance and calm.
Mindful movement and breath help you shift between calming stillness and the vibrant energy of movement and play.
