October Meeting at The Hope Preserve

What to Expect:

  • We’ll have coffee, tea, and something yummy to share

  • Inspired by Lila’s awesome April presentation, I’ll do a short intro to how we use Internal Family Systems parts work to help folks heal their relationships with themselves, plus share some of the adjustments we make for our neurodivergent clients (i.e., working with alexythymia, lower interoception, emotional or sensory overwhelm, etc.)

  • Time to connect and chat

  • We’ll have our whole space opened up for tours and quality time with plants

We’re at the corner of Winner’s Circle and Maryland Way.

You will turn onto Winner’s Circle to access our main entrance. You’ll probably notice a brick sign for Epcon / Konica by the road - that’s our building. From Winner’s Circle, immediately take a left into our short tree-lined and median-divided driveway.

Parking should be ample to both the left and right near the covered drive-through entrance - that’s the front door. (If you use mobility aids or need ramp access to the sidewalk, it’s best to pull further around and use a side door because the front sidewalk is narrow and slants sideways. Text me if you have any trouble (615) 709-2341.)

You’ll see the elevators straight ahead as you open the front doors. Restrooms are past the elevator - women’s to the left, and men’s to the right (this is the layout on each floor). There’s also a private gender-neutral restroom on the third floor (about halfway around the hallway loop).

When you arrive on the second floor, our glass doors are visible right from the elevator and will be propped open for our meeting.

If you don’t see anyone in the waiting room when you arrive, just check in for me on the iPad and I’ll be right out.
